At BLUSH. Lash Bar, we are dedicated to providing all clients with exceptional care.  When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment is lost and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. To address this, we have implemented a strict booking policy. 

 

A deposit is required to confirm selected booked appointments (please consult with your preferred technician for further details).  This deposit will be applied to the total at the time of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable between clients, and will expire 30 days after your last visit.

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24-hour notice is essential. Failing to provide this notice will result in a charge for the full appointment amount, and your deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, all future appointments will be automatically canceled and must be rescheduled. Please note that charges may be applied to the card on file without notification, and an extra fee may be required for all future appointments (see your preferred technician for details).

 

As a curtesy, we send you an appointment reminder.  Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you might need to reschedule—resulting in the forfeiture of your deposit and a charge for the full appointment amount.

This policy ensures our technicians have ample time to accommodate standby clients and maintain an accurate schedule, ultimately improving service for everyone.
